Philip Southcote is a warm and friendly school that focuses on the personal and social needs of pupils as well as developing and delivering high quality education. The school has a long and successful history of meeting the needs of a wide range of pupils’ special needs including the Deaf Pupil Provision and Post 16 Provision.
Our highly experienced and committed staff are passionate about new projects and challenges within the school community.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a strong and determined leadership team as we continue in the next stage of the schools development. You will be a team player, who can motivate and inspire all key stakeholders. You will have high expectations for all, tenacity to drive change and above all else a good sense of humour.
