Updates on Southcote’s ‘100 Club’ Lottery:

We managed to sell 70 of the 100 numbers, so this means we have to adjust the amount of the winning prizes accordingly. As promised, we will still give back 1/3 of the takings as prizes with the schedule below. Here we will also publish the lucky winners as and when the draws take place (during school assemblies)!

Exciting news:

The PFA has successfully registered as a charity (#: 1180299), so this means we can now take part in fund-raising opportunities that are only open to registered charities!

For instance, we have recently signed up to Amazon Smile! Please use the below link for any Amazon shopping – and do spread the word to friends & family!

https://smile.amazon.co.uk/ch/1180299-0

Having a registered charity status also means we can take advantage of any parents/carers who work for companies that offer matched fundraising! Please let us know if you can help here!

Upcoming dates for your diaries:

  • MUFTI day for pupils – Fri 28th June – please bring in something sweet for the Summer Fair tombola (chocolates/sweeties/biscuits)
  • Fri 28th June 2:30 - Tombola preparation and PFA planning meeting ahead of the Summer Fair
  • Summer Fair - Fri 12th July

Finally, feel free to contact us with ideas, comments or questions:

PFA: In July, we will be 1 of 3 charities in Waitrose Community Matters scheme in Weybridge! Green tokens are handed out at the checkout and are to be placed in the box in store, the more tokens we receive the bigger our share!
