Celebrating Success

Celebrating Success

One of our fundamental aims is to educate the whole child and to help them be happy, experiencing success and a sense of satisfaction in work well done, thereby increasing their self respect and willingness to persevere.

Endeavours are awarded each lesson to the pupil who has worked the hardest and shown determination and resilience throughout.

Once a week our school gathers together for Assembly. This is the time when we celebrate the achievements our pupils have made during the previous week.

Star of the Week

Every week, one pupil from each class is

selected to be 'Star of the Week'. This pupil will

have gained the most  endeavours during the week.

This child receives a certificate in assembly.

Class of the Week

Each week the “class of the week” will be

the one with the most endeavours.

Collect 4 “Class of the Week”

certificates to earn a mufti day!

House Points

Pupils are awarded House Points for good work, good behaviour, effort, achievement or by showing good manners to adults and classmates. Every week year 11 ambassadors collect these House Points and

The winning 'House' is celebrated in assembly.

Each Term we celebrate pupils efforts in our Celebration Assembly for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4/5.

In this assembly we award prizes and celebrate:
